Follow these steps to resize an image to upload to the Gallery or your Profile.

This only works for users that have Windows Xp or higher with Microsoft Office Installed.

1. Open up Microsoft Office Picture Manager:  Start > Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office Tools > Microsoft Office Picture Manager
2. Click on File on the top menu, and choose Add Picture Shortcut. Locate the folder that contains your picture on your Hardrive.
3. Select (Click On) the Picture you wish to Upload, and then choose Picture from the top menu. Scroll down to Resize.
4. On the right hand side you will notice a panel for picture resizing.
5. Select the second option: Predefined Width x Height
6. Then select Web Small (448 x 336px) from the Drop Down Menu below that selection.
7. Then click the OK button at the bottom of that panel.
8. Now choose File > Save As from the top menu, and save your new picture. (PS: Do not overwrite your original picture)
